Golf Tips
1. Avoid dehydration

Water is very important to the human body in any situation. So don't wait until you're thirsty to start drinking water. To avoid this, golfers can drink water before going to the course, and take small sips as they go through each hole.
Don't rush into the course without drinking anything and then fill your stomach with tons of water because this is not good for your health. Also, in hot weather, drinking water is better for your health than a few glasses of beer.
Before going out, prepare yourself a few bottles of water. It is essential for golfers to be able to play golf comfortably and replenish water when necessary.

2. Use sunscreen

The harsh sunlight of the current time has a great impact on the skin and health of golfers.
Some golfers often do not pay attention to sun protection every time they go to the course. This is extremely dangerous because competition often requires players to stay outdoors for a long time, especially at noon, increasing the risk of skin damage. At worst, players can suffer many lasting effects if they develop skin cancer.
That's why applying sunscreen is so important because it can help block harmful UV rays. For best results, apply the cream 15-20 minutes before going out and reapply while playing if you are in the sun for too long.
3. Wear a hat

Hat is considered an indispensable item for golfers because it can help protect the face and neck from the sun. In addition, wearing a hat will help players feel more comfortable. A wide-brimmed hat will be effective, but a baseball cap is also enough to shield the body from the sun and be fashionable.
In addition, clothing should be made of UV-resistant fabric to increase the effectiveness in protecting players from intense sunlight.

4. Avoid the heat by all means
If you feel the weather is too harsh, try to avoid the sun and reduce your body temperature by any means possible if you have the chance. For example, a wet towel will bring surprising heat-avoidance effects. Just by wrapping a wet towel around the neck, the player's body temperature will quickly decrease and remain at a normal level.
5. Choose a reasonable playing time

Not too confident in your own endurance, you dare to challenge nature when the summer heat of nearly 40 degrees Celsius in Vietnam can make fried eggs without fire.
If possible, avoid the hottest hours of the day, usually between 12 noon and 4 pm. Going to the golf course early in the morning often brings many benefits such as pleasant weather, few players and the course surface is not yet damaged by the temperature or you can play in the evening on golf courses with night lights.
Of course, on a hot day, playing golf in the morning is quite uncomfortable, but it is still better than competing in weather conditions that can reach over 40 degrees.
6. Don't risk your life

For many people, golf becomes a part of life, a passion as well as a hobby. However, golfers should consider taking the risk of going out in extremely hot weather just to get their money's worth, because if your health is damaged, the amount of money spent can be many times larger than the original.
If you feel a little dizzy or have difficulty breathing, get off the course immediately and find yourself a glass of lemonade to quench your thirst. This can help you avoid heat stroke or heatstroke due to the weather. Golf is an exciting sport in the summer, but you need to know how to play smart to protect yourself and others.
