1. How do I register for a membership?

- You will automatically accumulate G-Points with each successful pitch booking transaction.

2. Which golf courses does this program apply to?

The Golf Rewards program applies to all golf courses.

3. Can I transfer my reward points to someone else?

Currently, reward points can only be used by the owner and cannot be transferred to others.

4. Can reward points be redeemed for cash?

Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be used to redeem gifts and offers listed in the Golf Rewards program. Alternatively, customers can use points to deduct from future bookings at an exchange rate of 1 GPoint = 1,000 VND

5. How do I register to become a Golf Rewards member?

For your first booking, you are automatically enrolled in our Golf Rewards program by default: from earning points, redeeming points, to using points

6. Will my membership level be downgraded if I spend my G-Points?

When you spend points, you will retain your membership rank and enjoy all the benefits of that rank. The system will only downgrade your rank if you have not placed any orders and successfully completed payments for 1 month for Silver, 2 months for Gold, and 3 months for Diamond.
