I. For Golfers (Customers)

Flexible Booking: Golfbooking.com.vn provides tee time booking services without requiring a deposit or advance payment (depending on the policy of each golf course), giving golfers flexibility in their choices.

Obligations:

Compliance with Policies: Golfers are responsible for complying with the specific terms of each Golf Course where they book tee times, including cancellation policies, no-show policies, and payment policies (e.g., deposit or full payment requirements).

II. For Golf Courses (Partners)

Payment:

Golfbooking.com.vn provides the ""Payment via Golfbooking.com.vn"" product to support Golf Courses in collecting tee time booking fees from Golfers (when Golfers choose to pay online through the platform).

Service Fee:

Golf Courses may have to pay a commission fee when using the services of Golfbooking.com.vn.

In addition, the Golf Course may be subject to fees related to payment processing fees, chargebacks and fraudulent transaction processing fees (if any).

How to handle:

The Golf Course may choose to discontinue the ""Payment via Golfbooking.com.vn"" service (only accepting payments at the Course) through the Partner management system (extranet) if needed.
