GOLFBOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. COMPLAINT PROCESS

When a dispute arises (after the Customer has booked the course), the Customer can file a complaint with us directly via hotline.

Customer complaints will be received and forwarded to the relevant department for resolution as soon as possible.

2. CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY

In case customers wish to change their playing date or golf course, please contact our Booking department for assistance.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on the time and different price types, the course cancellation policy will vary. Below is our basic cancellation policy, applicable when the cancellation policy is not mentioned in the order or on the online booking page.

In case of a no-show (customer books but does not show up), we will charge a penalty fee for the full amount of the order.

4. REFUND GUARANTEE POLICY

In the event that a customer has paid the deposit and the full booking fee, but cancels their trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will consider refunding the amount to the customer. The refund will depend on the regulations of each individual booking. This refund will be officially notified to the customer by our staff via email.

The refund processing time is within 5-10 business days depending on the bank.

Refund method: refund to the provided bank account or card that received the payment.

5. LIST OF CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GOLF COURSES NATIONWIDE

Below are the cancellation policies of golf courses for your reference and compliance. In the event that a golfer wishes to postpone or cancel a golf course reservation, Intergolf will adhere to the following terms and conditions. If the golfer postpones or cancels in accordance with the regulations in the table below, Intergolf will issue a refund or the amount may be deducted from future bookings.

We are not liable for damages, changes to dates, changes to golf courses… indirectly, incidentally, or as a consequence arising from or in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war…).

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Regarding the cancellation policy of hotels you have booked through our system, the cancellation policy will depend on each specific hotel and may vary depending on the terms and conditions of each hotel.
