Golf Tips
1. Thigh Stretch Exercise:
Stand straight and keep your right foot close to your upper body, maintain balance, bend down and gently hold your left knee. Try to keep your right knee straight and extended, hold this position for a few seconds before switching legs.

2. Lumbar Stretch Exercise:
Lie on the floor, bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Then, rotate both legs to the left and right to stretch your lumbar muscles.

3. Shoulder stretching exercise:
Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms high, then bring your left arm over your head and hold this position for a few seconds before switching arms.

4. Wrist stretching exercise:
Grasp your right hand with your left hand and pull your right arm forward to stretch your wrist, hold this position for a few seconds before switching arms.

5. Arm stretching exercise:
Raise your right arm overhead and use your left hand to hold your right elbow, pulling your arm to the left. Hold this position for a few seconds before switching arms.
