1. OVERVIEW OF KIM BANG GOLF COURSE - STONE VALLEY GOLF RESORT

Kim Bang Golf Course Project:

Kim Bang Golf Course is located in Nguyen Du, Ba Sao, Kim Bang, Ha Nam Province. Part of the Stone Valley Golf Resort project, it covers a total scale of nearly 200 hectares with an investment exceeding 1000 billion VND, developed by Truong An Golf Joint Stock Company. The project is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 includes an 18-hole golf course and the Clubhouse. Phase 2 features a second 18-hole golf course and a luxury resort villa area.

The design of the 36-hole Stone Valley Golf Resort was executed by the talented architect Brian Curley from Schmidt-Curley Design. Having participated in the design of 150 golf courses worldwide, including the massive Mission Hills golf complex, the "golden hand" architect Brian Curley stated that he was thrilled to design the Kim Bang project. He poured his whole heart and passion into creating this layout, aiming to make it his latest masterpiece in Asia and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Vietnam.

Unique Design

Stone Valley Golf Resort features a 36-hole master plan (with the first 18-hole course officially open), Par 72, and a total length of 7280 yards from the back tees. Each hole at Kim Bang is meticulously crafted to the finest detail, delivering a distinct and challenging experience characteristic of a hillside course. Dynamic slopes, ridges, bowls, and smart backstops alongside flat landing zones create highly impressive greens.

While the front 9 holes are designed with manageable distances from the tee boxes to the greens—making them reachable with a solid drive—the back 9 holes offer the most spectacular and testing challenges. The holes here present an interconnected difficulty level, perfect for golfers of various skill levels to compete and conquer. The picturesque mountain scenery is sure to captivate every golfer's heart.
