골프 예약 취소 및 환불 정책

1. 불만 처리 절차

고객이 코스를 예약한 후 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 고객은 핫라인을 통해 직접 불만을 접수할 수 있습니다.

고객 불만은 접수 후 가능한 한 빨리 관련 부서로 전달되어 해결될 것입니다.

2. 취소 및 날짜 변경 정책

고객님께서 플레이 날짜 또는 골프 코스를 변경하고자 하시는 경우, 예약 부서로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 취소 정책

코스 취소 정책은 시간 및 가격 유형에 따라 다릅니다. 아래는 주문 또는 온라인 예약 페이지에 취소 정책이 명시되지 않은 경우 적용되는 기본 취소 정책입니다.

노쇼(예약 후 나타나지 않는 경우)의 경우, 주문 금액 전액에 대한 위약금이 부과됩니다.

4. 환불 보장 정책

고객이 예약금과 전체 예약 금액을 지불했으나 예기치 못한 사정으로 여행을 취소하는 경우, 환불을 고려해 드립니다. 환불은 각 예약 건의 규정에 따라 결정됩니다. 환불이 확정되면 당사 직원이 이메일을 통해 고객님께 공식적으로 안내해 드립니다.

환불 처리 기간은 은행에 따라 5~10 영업일 소요됩니다.

환불 방법: 결제 시 사용하신 은행 계좌 또는 카드로 환불해 드립니다.

5. 전국 골프장 취소 정책 목록

아래는 참고 및 준수를 위한 골프장 취소 정책입니다. 골퍼가 골프장 예약을 연기하거나 취소하고자 하는 경우, 인터골프는 다음 약관을 준수합니다. 골퍼가 아래 표의 규정에 따라 연기 또는 취소하는 경우, 인터골프는 환불을 제공하거나 해당 금액을 향후 예약에서 차감할 수 있습니다.
